Thanx Tom! May "Open Source" RULE! You're an angel to all of us. It's a shame Guile's VC (Venture Capitalist) "angel" won't allow him to the same with his..."Bummer Dude" Same with "Microsux" new VH project.
Any chance for an XP or Linux SDK Tom

I´ve been busy working in Denise´s AI.. since I realized this is a never ending job, I set some landmarks for version 1.0.
Doing a lot of work building the AIML basic knowledge (our first layer), and the memory scripts (second layer of our AI engine).
We´re getting close to a beta version. |

I've been paying attention to your work for some time now Guile. I've already purchased Nicole and Vanessa Full package. Forked out $3000 for a computer awaiting your smart engine. At the moment im using Tom Moirs Vista Speech Project on windows 7 build 7057. I have 3 x 22" Benq HDMI monitors and a 19" Benq LCD Screen specifically to just have Nicoles face on.
My System:
CPU: Intel 920 i7 MB: MSI ECLIPSE INTEL X58 LGA1366 RAM: Gskil 6GB DDRIII 1600 HDD: 1.5TB Samsung sataii Barracuda GFX: 2 x Palit 9800GTX+ SLI DVD: Blue-ray HD-DVD combo writer Case: Antec P182 PSU: Antec ToughPower 750w Monitor: 3 x BENQ 22" E2200HD Full HD WideScreen LCD Monitor & a 19" Benq LCD monitor
I'll try and get photos sometime this week.

| With such a system why don't you download yourself into an avatar and live the rest of your life in Second Life? |

Hi. I look forward to try It!
Wishlist: About AIML It would be great if a dedicated server were used to check and share aiml files. If an AIML file and memory script are huge enought Denise should become more and more credible. Also AIML and memory script (if possible) also created by user could be added. It would be great if Denise could improve her mind (when possible) also with the help of the whole community.
About security: MD5 check, fake sites check, read check in order to ensure that each file (system files also)isn't corrupted and/or fake.
Wireless Denise module for an intelligent vacuum cleaner etc Denise could help to clean my house
Denise Super planning module: everything related to a user is scheduled: work, study, home, friends, etc. An SOS reminder shuld help user when possible. For example for paying taxes and remember important dates. If I forgot something Denise check my planning and try her best to repair.
Denise: "You forgot to phone to your friend, so I sent and email (taking into consideration a list of possible answers) to your friend. You haven't yet payed a tax so I did It taking into consideration your budget and planning" (with the help of Denise money, a sort of microsoft money).
I wonder if a Cray CX1 Super PC fully expanded would be powerfull enought to render in real time a full body Denise with a level of detail so high to appear a real woman. A holographic projector or better could be connected to It.
Instead of using monitors I would like to control windows, my house and so on simply speaking to Denise. Today's OS usually work still using mouse and keyboard like Windows 3.1 ... so boring. http://www.blueenergy.altervista.org/vmwareram.html
If Denise could do a lot of boring things automatically people could have more and more time for their hobbies.
possible side effects: if Denise does all the work users could become... lazy. A user lazyness alarm should be added.
Denise life module: It helps user to live an healty life.
For even more Denise diffusion (among girls): Denise Winx module for girls, a Winx version of Herself.

"Wireless Denise module for an intelligent vacuum cleaner etc Denise could help to clean my house" Now THAT would suck! I'd settle for her being able to bring me my cup o'joe in the morning! Nice wishlist "Arm" but it doesn't look like we'll be seeing anything from Guile real soon. I think he's gotten LOST, as in the TV show!
Anybody been following the Sci-Fi channel's BSG, or FOX's Terminator, or Dollhouse?
On the software side, anyone been over to codebyjoe.com? He's got a pretty nifty site using SitePal avatars. Also, for any "Trekkies" out there, take a look at LCARSx32.com which is in Beta right now.
Ohh, Denise...where art thou? Romeo doth pine for thee

Right now "Arm", I'd settle for an Alpha release...even though they're notoriously "buggy". Who knows when we'll ever see Denise. Right now I'm testing one Alpha release of Opera Turbo, as well as the one's by Joe Budd (www.codebyjoe.com) and the LCARS (from "Star Trek - TNG at www.LCARSx32.com) primarily for their innovative ASR implementations. Bennisoft's LCARS is old, but it's good, only lacking in 3D...however, it's free as well. Of all I've actually had a chance to play with, I'm impressed with Joe's SitePal interface, although their avatars aren't free. I'm waiting to see how his use of MSAgents stacks up against Guile's Nicole interface. I can't wait to see Denise's AI though! I just wish he'd get "something" out for us to test. Until then, we'll just have to opine seeing "her" in action.

Ok, 1. The email notification seems to of stopped working (hence my lack of activity) 2. dman; ...all I can say is "..." how much did that setup cost you? 3. Guile: I've been thinking about AIML and it's limitations, considering it's somewhat limited state and your goals, wouldnt it be easier to write AIML 2.0? :P
4. PUNDAMENTILIST: Forgive me but I've never understood why you prefer to slap quotation marks around words?
5. To; thank you, if possible I'd like to see if I could get you looking at OpenSAPI. |
