Available at Amazon entitled: A Future For Jeeney - by Cameron Jones

The book is a really gripping work of Science Fiction and gives new visions to AI and how it works when combined with an android that is shall we say, much more than an ordinary helpmate or assistant. To say that Jeeney is smart would be an understatement, and her intellect and abilities are growing in orders of magnitude.

This is a great read and this is one of those books (eBooks) that you really hate to see come to an end. Give it a try...enjoy the future...now.

This is simply a personal take on this book. I have no interest in it nor it's sales. It is simply a review. - Thank You!

I remember Jeeney! There was some talk of her on this very forum. Very interesting project!

I'd like to recommend a book too.

It's called The City and the Stars and it's one of those forgotten treasures. It includes topics such as Ai, virtual reality, photonic reality (that's when you're born from a computer), immortality, eternal technology, and robotics. It was written in 1956 by Arthur C. Clarke. It's kind neat cuz modern sci-fi writers are still catching up with what Clarke was writing about 60 years ago! Haha! Anyway, a great read.

Anyone else have anything good they are reading?

Thanks Art for recommending, btw! I really enjoy reading.

Thanks Mik, I'm going to check that one out too!!

I really enjoy the minds of Clarke, Asimov, Bradbury, Orwell (Blair) and others in this genre. Good stuff for the gray matter!!

I'm checking to see whether it was in the eBook format.

I also noticed that Clarke originally wrote the same or similar book under a different title which apparently wasn't accepted by the publisher so after a period of time and some re-writing, Clarke submitted it under a new title and it was accepted.

Just goes to show you that persistence (and maybe the What's in a name thing) does work!! Heh!!
