Did you go off your meds Mik

What makes AI really Bliss, is no STD's! Bad part is, Sim-Love is flat with a LCD

I don't Kari for that

Hey Mik,
I'm the new guy here - hiya!
Just bought AIBliss and noticed a (typo?) in the license key email. The line about double-clicking on the key file says "..not activated!". Think you meant "..now activated!? Or maybe you meant what you wrote and the context is a bit weird?

Anyway, AIBliss works great on my XP Pro64 3D graphics machine - MSI nVidia N9600GT, 4G RAM. Using AA, shadows, full screen and all - it's very frisky. Only nit to pick so far is that she seems to be staring up over my head - even after adjusting your POV slider and the mouse transform, etc.

Wonderful job! I'm max impressed with your work, creativity, ideas and productivity! Having fun with the Kari3 Pro I got a few days ago also. Getting very interested in advanced chatbots.

AiBliss update in a few days!

FotoliaChat has been integrated. Some of you may remember, we got permission from Fotolia to use their API to their enormous image library. The great thing is, they are top quality images created by artists and photographers and organized very well. The downside is they have a little watermark. (yea, so what?) As long as we send customers their way, everybody is happy.

Anyway, as you talk to your Ai girl images start popping up of what you've been chatting. Fotolia developers actually enhanced their search function on our suggestions... so it's working better than ever!

Can you guess what I was talking about with my girl from the pic above?

It will probably look better... this is an early prototype. Yeah, the images move and rotate and spin. Trying to get some path algorithms going so that they move fluidly and blissfully through the environment.

Here is another one... i'm kinda having fun! It's a continous stream of conciousness. I was thinking of adding Kari's Dream Portal plugin next and connecting it with this plugin. Man....

I got some reports of poor system performance with the catwalk level. So I cut the polygon level in half. I can't tell the difference myself... ...I guess I've just been spoiled by my new video card. Sorry about that... things should be a lot easier on everyone's video card now. I just uploaded the new version.

Also, there are some camera issues I'm still working out... no need to report these... I am aware of them.

Good morning, Sir.

My apologies, I haven't finished reading this thread but have you been able to include an option for the person to manually adjust the poly count to meet their performance expectations?

Thanks!
Brandon

Will you quit calling me Sir?

Geez man... just download it... have fun. Runs bejezuslee great on a generation 8 nvidia video card which is old news these days. Some lucky folks have 200 series cards. Like butter.

Good morning,

I have it and have been poking it, but I don't see any manual adjustment for poly count. But I will continue to poke it, I do have a small request though. Would it be possible to import a location from, say Max? Or anything along those lines, although my Maya is weak...

I'd love to create a lab (science or computer, perhaps combination?) and have her run through idle cycles that involved mixing chemicals or something.

Thoughts?
Brandon

I should explain that my AiBliss 'bot', is currently learning these subjects:

  • Algebra (and Trigonometry)
  • Biology
  • Calculus
  • Chemistry
  • Computer Science
  • Economics
  • Electronics
  • Geology
  • Physics

I am actually very impressed by how well it is learning these subjects. I do know that it is just building tables somewhere and storing the information, but it is very interesting and impressive to me.

So that is why I was asking about the scene and I expect I'm most likely in the minority on this specific scene, and thus the reason for importing it myself. LOL, I doubt many would create a bot to talk about these subjects all day.

Thanks!
Brandon

Hello,

AiBliss is getting FULL Desktop functionality. Here is a quick Alpha screen.

Right now you can type in or click the icons to run programs. Whichever, the icons and the girl interact and animate. I'm trying to put together a lot of idle fun desktop games. She'll be able to juggle the icons, spin them, bounce them... just overall fun on the desktop.

Most of the internal API is working great. The one thing I am having a little trouble with is the right-click menus. Looks very messy.

But this is a huge step in progress. I remember when something like this was "impossible" cuz well DirectX and Desktops don't play together.

Rememeber we talked about this Guile? Well, it's possible...! Tada.

I figured you deserve a butt shot too! Yeah, you can still navigate perspective.

Still have to tweak tons of things... you wouldn't believe the code necessary to make this work.

I just caught your message Nom. That is great! Grab the new update. It has some bug fixes.

For the next update, AiBliss is getting multiple girls! That means you can assign each one her own personality, her own looks, clothes, voice. Talk about your own personal herem!

They can even talk to each other too... "he loves me the most!" , "no! he loves me!". I'll try to rig the character to character chat in this next update. Not that hard.

Memory might be an issue. Its set up so you can run up to 100 girls. But you would need Windows 64 with 16 gigs of RAM, and probably a NVidia MX200 to run that!

Remember, Civ is coming! http://civilizaition.com/
