What is Intelligent Interface for Verbot?

This is a software that expands the already great functionalities of Conversive Verbot Player. We build this application to make it easier to people make their own Knowledgebases and also have all functionalities of a Windows 32 bit application, like Delphi (the software we use to make this application)

This means that using this interface to control Verbot Window, we can now use databases, call external programs easier, add new rules with and without variables, show movies and pictures, read Verbot conversation logs and so on.

This is a free beta version, and weīll keep adding new features as more people decide to use it.

Our plans for the next features includes:

-Access to database
-Control Winamp player
-Ask Verbot to show pictures
-Read RSS feeds
-Control web cameras
etc..

Please note this is a beta version, so it wil be improved.

You can download it for free clicking in this link

Read the .txt file that goes with the .zip file for instructions.

This is very cool Guile. Especially since there are a couple of us
who are currently experimenting with Verbots, both the online
and desktop/PC-based versions.

i think if we need people to get another individual thougth not just a reproduced one it might help people understand things that they seem to move around next to each other to see if everything can make one big thing

I hope this section is still being watched - even though it hasnt has a new entry since '07.

I have a few technical questions/ problems with the intelligent interface.
Bear in mind I am not a programmer - I'm a newbie and I think verbots and the Guile3d stuff are great. Since I am not a programmer, I opted to download the Intelligent Interface for Verbot. I followed the read me file, and put the items in the location it states.
I added the 2 files to the verbot and moved them to the top.

**Just so you know, I have not trained my system with my voice yet (in case that it the reason for my problems)

When I start Verbot5, it states "Loading Intelligent Interface." Then another window pops up stating "Open File-Security Warning" -- and it asks if I want to run the software named "Verbot_menu.exe". Since I know this to be the correct file, I let it run.

Then, an error pops up stating "Could not find Verbot Player. Please check if it's in the default installation directory." and it only gives an "OK" to press.
After that, it brings up a screen for Guile 3D Studio - Intelligent Interface for Verbot"

Now, when I close that (without doing anything to it), it brings up a screen asking me "Are you sure you want to exit Guile 3D Intelligent Interface?" -and I press Yes.

the verbot asks "Hi , so are you ready to teach me?" and anything I type in returns that same message over and over again.

If there is something I have done wrong, or not have done - I do not know. To be on the safe side, here are some specifications for my system/ software:

System: Microsoft Windoes XP Home Edition Version 2002 Service Pack 3

Verbot Version: Verbot 5

If there is anything else you need to determine what I am doing wrong (or if I haven't done anything wrong) please let me know and I will try to reply as best as I can.

Thanks

Hi Micron..

Thanks for using our interface. I confess that itīs been a long time we havenīt done any upgrades in this application, since many of itīs features was integrated in our upcoming Deniseīs engine.

One thing that can be the problems, itīs that the guys from Verbot made a lot of upgrades on this bot software, and one of this changes can be interfering with the communication between the softwares.

Iīll take a look and come back to you soon.

Regards.

Hi Brandon.

I created this tiny free application some time ago to help building a initial AI brain with Verbots. By that time I was working closely to them to expand Verbots capabilities, but after I started to build my own AI engine I stopped this little application evolution.

Verbots is free now, and still remains one of my favorites application.
